Agenda

The agenda will be distributed to all council members and posted here one week in advance of the meeting. Agenda items should be submitted to the chair two weeks prior to the Council’s next meeting. The chair will set the agenda, with the principal, one week prior to the meeting. Archives of past agendas are also available.

All meetings are held in the Staff Room at the school and begin promptly at 7:00 pm.

*Each subcommittee chair will write up a short update on their subcommittee activities, goals and progress to date to be submitted to the Council Chair at least 3 days to the Council meeting – these updates will be sent out as a follow-up to the agenda and posted on the web site. If a subcommittee requires extra time to discuss an issue, please inform the Council Chair and the agenda will be adjusted.

**This is a new addition to our monthly agenda. The goal is for Council and parent attendees to discuss current issues affecting the school, students, and brainstorm ways that the Council can help to either resolve or raise awareness of the issue.
