If you would like to voice a concern or make a complaint, please use the following guidelines:
- Gather as much information about the situation as possible. Call the school and arrange a meeting with the teacher to discuss your concern. Most situations can be resolved at this point through dialogue and cooperation among those involved. However, if you still require further information, please contact your school principal either by phone (905.471.1694) or .
- If your concern is school related and has not been resolved at this point, contact the appropriate Superintendent of Education at your Community Education Centre. The Superintendent of Education will assist you by acting as a facilitator in attempting to resolve the matter. You may wish to put the matter in writing at this time.
- If you feel strongly that the situation requires further consideration, you may contact the Manager, Trustee Services. At that time, your concern will be reviewed and may be directed to another staff member for action. The possibility of presenting your case to the Board of Trustees at a Board or Standing Committee meeting may also be discussed.
